The Running Hotties

Great job tonight Hotties on our first group run for Building Steam 2010!

We enjoyed 18s and 25s at Fiesta Ranchera afterwards. Here are some pictures, including our favorite waitress.

Usually we’re freezing at the start of the Building Steam season and hot, sticky and sweaty at the end of the season. It is only week two and the warm weather is upon us already and that means we need to be thinking seriously about our hydration. As important as it is to drink water during our run it is far more important that we make sure we are well hydrated before we even start. Drink water throughout the day and throughout the week. Let’s stay hydrated and stay healthy.

It’s kick-off night!  Hello Hotties past, present and future.  Tonight we kick off the 2010 building steam season and we couldn’t be happier to see everyone.  I know this is going to be a great season.  We want to say welcome to our new members and welcome back to the returning Hotties.
