End of Season Banuquet
Now that daylight savings has happened, it seems like a good time to call it quits for the year. We will have our season-closer “banquet” at Alexander’s Steakhouse on Thursday November 6. (too many conflicts to make it Wednesday.) At the risk of sounding like Jerry Seinfeld’s parents, the early bird special is pretty great. It is around $9.99 for a meal. (Unless they raised the price a dollar or two – not sure, it’s been awhile.) Anyway, you get a slightly smaller cut of meat, salad bar, toast and potato for that low price. The catch is that you need to be there and have ordered by 6pm.
So, with that being said, let’s plan to meet on Thursday and be seated by 5:45 in order to take advantage of the special.
