Hey Hotties!
We will be running the Classic Race for the Cure course this Wednesday. We will start running promptly at 6:00 p.m.
Here are some photos of the Lincoln-Douglas Race in Metamora. Hottie Kassidy Skaggs and her Grandpa John Dystrup were both trophy winniers – way to go, guys! Gusto made an appearance at the race and was well-received by the crowd 
Oh, and the Hottiemobile of the Week is from the Moss Avenue Sale (day of Steamboat race). It was a van that sold hotdogs (dudedogs.com) and it had hand-painted monochrome flames. I couldn’t resist having my picture taken next to it. Mustard yellow with ketchup red flames. Notice the scratches. It doesn’t get any better than that!

Congratulations Hotties – You did it! The weather was cooperative, spirits were high, and the goal has been completed.
Who wants to continue to run on Wednesdays? We will continue to meet in unsanctioned, unofficial runs as long as there is interest. (In other words, we are just people going out to run together – by continuing to visit the www.runninghotties.com web site, read emails that we send, and most importantly, showing up to run, you agree not to sue any of us if you trip on a rock and break your nose!)
This weeks run: Peoria Heights Tower. We will take off sharply at 6:00, so try to be there at least 10 minutes early and we can discuss/vote on a route of 2-4 miles, based on weather and how everybody feels Dinner is usually up for discussion as well.

Hey Hotties,
This was the last 4-mile run before the Steamboat Classic on June 14. Congratulations – you are ready to complete the race! It was great to see a couple faces that we have not seen this year due to “promotion” to Team Steam. Katy and Toni, thanks for joining us tonight.
Remember, next week is the celebration dinner at Avanti’s in East Peoria. We hope you can make it. MIA people (Dwain, Bill, Carrie, Laura M., etc.) we hope you will resurface for the dinner!
