Hotties on the News?
Pay attention Hotties, this is not a drill!
On Wednesday August 1, the local news (31) is going to be broadcasting live from the Peoria Heights Tower at 5:00 and 6:00. Wear your favorite running clothes, do your hair, stand straight, freshen your make up, and make sure you don’t have anything in your teeth. They are looking to possibly interview some of you. At the very least, they would like a crowd of people in the background as the cameras roll. The angle is “Peoria Heights”, not necessarily just about running. Bring your family, get your 15 minutes (or seconds) of fame, and don’t forget to set your DVR or Tivo!

July 25 Run
Calling all Hotties: The run for 7/25 is set! Meet at the Peoria Heights Tower. Start time is 6:00. See you there, bring a friend, spread the word, and all that good stuff. Dinner is up for grabs – got any ideas? No Rob, we are not having dinner at Krispy Kreme 
If you can’t stand the heat, don’t run with the Hotties!
Run tonight at 6:00
Hotties: Apparently I can’t type. I sent out a notice saying that we are running at 6:30 tonight.
That is incorrect. See you all at 6:00 at the East Peoria Trail!
Please show up, rain or shine – you know the clouds part for the Hotties to run.
Run Saturday 7/14
There is now going to be a group of runners at the Peoria Heights Tower this Saturday 7/14 starting at 7:30.
Thanks Karoline for keeping the love going this weekend for those interested in running a few miles 
Have fun, and we’ll see you Wednesday 7/18 at the East Peoria trail – 6:30 pm start. Got a buddy that isn’t into running? Have them show up with a bike! Walkers welcome too – hint hint, Miss Robin…

We had a great group last night for Hotties and Jalapenos.
Here are some photos, including last year’s “Grim Reaper Margarita”.
Thankfully it was not as hot out this year! No run is scheduled for this weekend.

7/11 sounds like another lucky day to run with the Hotties!
We’ll will be running the Race for the Cure course and cooling off with a margarita at
Jalapenos in the Metro Center. (Meet at Jalapenos to run at 6:00).
