This Sunday’s Run:
Gateway Building at 8:00 a.m.
We hope to see you there for a 2-4 mile gentle easy run.
Next Wednesday’s Food Following Fun Friends and Fitness:
Break out those orange shorts everybody, we’re going to have a meeting at the Society for the Preservation of the Owl.
(I hope they don’t try to offer me employment again – it gets really embarrassing after a while)

Greetings Hotties!
Building Steam was last night. We got a nice bunch of Hotties for 2007. We look forward to getting to know each of you.
It’s also great to have a nice core of “return customers”. That makes us feel like we did something right in 2006 
This is a reminder that Sunday Steam takes place each week at the Gateway Building, 8:00 a.m.
You can do as much or as little of the 4-mile course as you wish. We are happy to run with you – just show up!

Calling all Hotties,
The Hotties are not initiating a run for this weekend, since it is Easter.
I’ll be on vacation next week so I’m sending this email a tad early for April 15… mark your calendars:
