Runners unite! Hotties will be at the Heights tower for a 6:00 run on Wednesday – although this time of year the buddy system is recommended, as some of us are fair weather runners.

Season Finale Run
Hello Hotties,
It’s good to be running again; I’ve missed it.
The final Hotties fall run will be next week.
This is not to say we are done running for the year!!!
On October 18 we will meet at the Gateway Building at 6:00 for a run, followed by dinner at Old Chicago. Hopefully some of you will come out of hiding and make an appearance before winter hibernation :)
After that there will be a standing invitation for the Peoria Heights Tower at 6:00, followed by dinner at some exciting Peoria area location.
Several ivs-type runners continue running from the tower on Wednesdays throughout the winter. Some run at 5:30, some go at 6:00. An informal poll of Hotties showed that 6:00 is still the better meeting time for the majority. Soooooo, get to a sporting goods store, get a reflective vest or blinky light and show up for some fun winter runs. Yes, it will be dark, but the roads are decent, so it’s safe.

P.S. A very special thank you goes out to the group of Hotties that “performed” as an actual moving, jogging surprise birthday card for me last night. I wish I had my digital camera - it was awesome!!! You guys are the best! Thanks Mikey G for bringing a camera 
Also, I hope to see many of you at Brian’s Pumpkin party. Cam and I have gone for several years now and it’s always a good time.
